    Affinergy Signs Exclusive Development & License Agreement with Synthes


    RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., September 11, 2006 - Affinergy, Inc., a Duke University spinout with a proprietary site-specific biological delivery system, announced that it has entered into a multi-year development and license agreement with Synthes. Affinergy will work exclusively with Synthes on multiple product applications across the Spine, Trauma and Craniomaxillofacial markets.
